Once you have registered, visit the ‘My Projects’ area of your subscribed account and click ‘Upload’ on an unused project. You can then drag and drop your 3D extension model and textures into a zip file to upload them for use in the InPlace app.
You can upload files with the .obj, .dae or .fbx extension. Upload your models into a zip file, along with external textures if they haven’t been embedded into the 3D model.
If your design is failing to upload, or it uploads successfully but isn’t displaying correctly in the app, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will resolve this for you as soon as we can.
